Data we process

When you send an inquiry, I process the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number if supplied, description of the problem, and any attached photographs of the artwork. Please do not send information that is not needed to assess the artwork.

Purposes and legal basis

I use this information to reply to your inquiry, review the artwork, and prepare an initial assessment or estimate. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request and, if you hire me, managing the professional relationship and meeting legal obligations.

Photographs and videos of the artwork that you send to request an estimate may be used on this website and the studio’s social media to document and show the restoration work. By sending those files for an estimate, you authorize this use. Please avoid including documents or other personal information that is not needed. You can withdraw authorization for future use through the contact form; withdrawal does not affect prior use or copies shared by third parties.

If you hire the service, I also process the information needed to prepare estimates and invoices, such as your name or company name, tax identification number, billing address, and transaction details. I use it to manage the commission, issue invoices, keep accounting records, and meet tax and legal obligations. Billing data is kept for the periods required by applicable law and may be disclosed to public authorities when legally required.

Transmission and recipients

The form transmits information through Cloudflare Pages and sends the message and attachments via Resend to the studio's contact email. These providers process data to deliver their technical services. Images are not published automatically or stored as public files on this website.

Google Analytics 4 loads only if you accept analytics cookies. In that case, Google may receive site usage information such as pages visited and technical information about your browser and device. We do not send Google Analytics the contents of your message or attached files. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Retention

I keep messages and files for as long as needed to reply, manage a possible restoration, and meet applicable legal obligations. Images used in the portfolio are kept while the authorization remains valid. If you withdraw it, I will stop using them in future posts and remove images I directly control where reasonably possible; withdrawal cannot undo prior use or copies distributed by third parties.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection to processing and, where applicable, data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. To exercise your rights, use the contact form. If you believe your rights have not been addressed, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Cookies and preferences

Google Analytics 4 analytics cookies are activated only after you accept them. You can reject them or change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. The site stores your selection locally in your browser so it can remember your preference.
